Store Manager Required:
We are currently looking to recruit for our retail stores in:
Chiswick
Your role will be to manage a Kew.159 retail outlet in line with Company targets and policies; the priority being to maximise sales and profit by minimising costs whilst driving operational and commercial standards. To ensure we deliver the highest levels of customer service via the recruitment, retention, coaching/training and performance management of retail staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
• To effectively manage all areas of the store P&L to within allocated budget levels, ensuring Store profitability
• Recruitment, retention, development, performance management and deployment of Retail Store staff
• To motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and maximise efficiencies
• Ensure that promotions, sales and merchandising instructions are carried out to expected standards
• To ensure that the store complies with requirements in all areas of operational activity, policy and procedure

Deputy Store Manager Required:
We are currently looking to recruit for our retail outlets in:
Islington
Your role will be to assist in the management of a kew.159 retail outlet in line with Company targets and policies; the priority being to assist the Store Manager in all areas of store management. To delegate in the absence of the Store Manager ensuring that the store delivers the highest levels of customer service via the recruitment, retention, training and performance management of retail staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Effectively assist in managing all areas of the store P&L to within allocated budget levels, ensuring Store profitability.
• Assist in the effective Recruitment, retention, development, performance management and deployment of Retail Store staff.
• Work alongside the Store Manager to motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and maximise efficiencies.
• Help the Store Manager to analyse sales figures by setting appropriate staffing levels, stock holding levels and promotional activity in order to maximise profit.
• Ensure that promotions, sales and merchandising instructions provided by the Store Manager are carried out to expected standards.
• Delegate for the Store Manager ensuring that the store complies with requirements in all areas of operational activity, policy and procedure with specific regard to stock and cash security.
• Supervise the ordering and receiving of company requisitions and monitors appropriate stock levels.

• Minimum of 2 years Retail Fashion Management experience.

Store Supervisor Required:
We are currently looking to recruit for our retail outlets in:
Reigate
Kingston
Your role will be to drive the sales within the kew.159 retail outlet by managing the store sales team to achieve their maximum potential, taking full advantage of add on sales opportunities. To ensure that staff are providing a first class customer experience. To always strive to work towards taking responsibility for the store’s operation during defined periods with a view to becoming part of the store succession plan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead by example in greeting, assisting and selling to customers, coaching junior sales staff accordingly to ensure they maximise their potential
• To be efficient on till operations providing advice and coaching on potentially difficult financial transactions
• To merchandise and replenish stock as directed by the Store Management team
• To assist with deliveries and stock handling as directed by the Store Management team
• To monitor and undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties
• To continually develop an understanding of the company’s culture, products and initiatives
• To work alongside the Store and Deputy Managers within the store on all Health & Safety matters
• To be a store key holder and support the Store and Deputy Managers
• To lead the staff and direct their activities as briefed by store management
• To undertake any other responsibilities duties identified by the Retail Store Manager
