How much will my delivery cost and how long will it take?
All of our deliveries are made by Royal Mail using a signed for service to guarantee your delivery. We have two delivery options available:
Standard: 3-5 Working Days at £4.95 per order
Next day: Order by 2pm for delivery next working day by 1pm at £7.00 per order
Both options are based on working days and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after 2pm on any given Friday will be posted out to you on the next working day.
Where do you deliver to?
kew.159 delivers to all areas of the UK, including Northern Ireland, all off-shore Islands and the Channel Islands.
We are happy to deliver to BFPO addresses, but these cannot currently be placed online. If you would like to contact the Sales Team via enquiries@kew159.com address with your order details we will contact you to make the arrangements for processing your request.
Who will be delivering my order?
We use Royal Mail ‘signed for’ service. If you are not in when they attempt delivery, they will leave a card informing you that they have returned your package to your local delivery office. You can then either collect your item in person or arrange a re-delivery with Royal Mail by following the card’s instructions.
How can I track my order?
By setting up/logging into your online account you will be able to track the progress of your order. If you’ve given us an email address we will send both an order confirmation email and dispatch confirmation at the point that your parcel leaves our warehouse. If you have not received your order within the delivery timescale and have not been left a card by Royal Mail please call our customer services team on 020 8487 2001 or email enquiries@kew159.com, quoting the order reference number provided with your order confirmation.
Why don’t you offer free postage?
From time to time we do offer free delivery promotions distributed via our email newsletters. However, if we did this all of the time we would have to increase the cost of our items and this isn’t something we want to do. As a result our current competitive delivery options have remained fixed for the past few years.
